Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Suraksha Guards or using surakshaguards.in, the client ("you") agrees to these terms. If you engage us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Services & billing

We supply trained, PSARA-licensed, KYC-verified security guards and manpower for the sites and shifts agreed in your engagement. Deployment scope, guard count and rates are set out in your quote or signed agreement.

Charges are billed as agreed (typically monthly) and are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at billing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a signed agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for providing safe site conditions and accurate deployment details, and for complying with laws applicable to your premises. You must not misuse the guards deployed or attempt to poach or directly employ them outside the agreement.

4. Data & compliance

You retain ownership of your data. We process it per our Privacy Policy. Suraksha Guards operates PSARA-aware and statutory workflows for its guards; you remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance at your premises.

5. Availability, liability & termination

Services are provided in line with your engagement; specific SLAs may be set out in a signed agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Suraksha Guards' liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

Either party may terminate per the notice period in the agreement. On termination, deployment ends and your data may be deleted subject to statutory retention.
