By booking guards or entering into a multi-year B2B security retainer contract with SURAKSHA, you agree to the following terms: 1. Statutory PSARA & Guard Verification All security personnel deployed via SURAKSHA are certified and verified under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSARA). The client agrees to provide safe working conditions at the designated site post. 2. On-Demand & Contract Billing Hourly, shift-based, and monthly retainer fees are billed according to the agreed quotation. Standard payment terms require settlement within the invoice due date via digital payments or bank wire. 3. Cancellation & Refund Protocol On-demand booking cancellations requested prior to guard dispatch will receive a 100% full refund to the original payment source or Suraksha Client Wallet. 4. Jurisdiction & Governance These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
