1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you request a quote, engage our security guarding services, or contact us through surakshaguards.in — including names, contact details, site and deployment details, and billing information.

For the guards we employ and deploy, we collect KYC and identity documents, PSARA and statutory records, attendance and on-duty location, and payroll data as required to staff your posts.

We also collect technical data such as device information, log data and usage analytics to operate and improve our website and service.

2. How we use information

Data is used to deliver our security guarding services: deploying and rostering guards, attendance and wake-checks, patrols, incident management, invoicing, compliance and client support.

Guard location is captured only in connection with on-duty attendance, patrols and safety (SOS) while a guard is deployed at your site.

3. Data sharing

Client and site data is kept confidential and is not shared with other clients. We share data with sub-processors (e.g. hosting, communications and payments) only as needed to run the service.

We disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your engagement is active and as required for legal, tax and compliance obligations. Data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging.
